Carl Kruger, a New York state senator, want to introduce a bill to ban people from using any wireless devices as they are crossing streets. This is for the city of Buffalo New York. Within Kruger’s district, three people who were distracted by their wireless device were killed as they unknowingly stepped into traffic. Kruger went on to say that people are tuning out the surrounding world and they tune in to their cell phones or iPods.
